How to apply for A/S

To minimize the inconvenience of customers who purchased the product
We operate a customer support center

You can apply through the agency or visit the A/S center.

A/S reception using personal courier is also possible.

(※ If you use private courier, you must pay the return courier fee)

Please include the damaged area, problem phenomenon, and contact information.

A/S of customer’s product will be done through business trip or warehousing repair.
We will provide the best service from the customer’s point of view.

Quality policy

A/S of customer’s product will be done through business trip or warehousing repair.
We will provide the best service from the customer’s point of view.

Free repair

  • In case of defects in quality, performance or functionality during normal use during the warranty period

    However, even within the free warranty period, free repair is excluded at the fault of the user.

  • Defects such as damage during the manufacturer’s transportation process or due to the manufacturer’s mistake

A Charge of repair

  • When a defect in quality, performance or functionality occurs while the warranty period has elapsed
  • Defects arising in the process of user’s arbitrary modification or alteration not recognized by our company
  • Failure due to natural disasters (ex. fire, lightning, flooding, etc.)

Unrepairable

  • Even within the warranty period, if product repair or regeneration is impossible due to the user’s intention or gross negligence
  • If the product is out of warranty and cannot be repaired or replaced due to discontinuation
  • When it is impossible to reproduce due to product damage due to natural disasters or natural disasters
  • If it is confirmed that unauthorized repairs, alterations/modifications, or disassembly have occurred
